Masculine Prayer Journal

Here is a masculine prayer journal I made and sold on Etsy recently. This is an oldie but goodie paper set from Close To My Heart. The rustic browns and blues make me think 'MAN' so I thought this would be good for a men's journal.


This 'prayer journal' stamp is from Clear Dollar Stamps. I've used it tons of times. Prayer journals are one of my favorite projects to make.


Again, Clear Dollar Stamps offer some of my favorite scripture stamps. I usually make three sections in my journals and stamp a scripture for each divider. It gives a really nice touch.


I print all the paper myself and coordinate the lined colors with my patterned papers. Details, details, details. I use the Bind it All to make my spiral binding. I am thinking of upgrading to the Cinch soon though. With as many journals as I make I think this may be a bit more user friendly.

Heart 2 Heart Close To My Heart Challenge

Father's Day Card ~ This week's challenge was to create something with scraps and recycled 'stuff'. Well my stuff isn't exactly recycled, but it does sorta have that look. lol! I used my Cuttlebug on the craft paper to emboss it. I used Verve stamps and some twine in the button.

Sentiment says: "I'm so proud to call you..." on the outside and inside says: "HUSBAND, Happy Father's Day." I just love that. So often I think we forget to appreciate our hubby's.
